What do you like best about ASLAN Training and Development?

The best part was the trainer, She was very easy to interact with. She made it interactive using different teams and help build us a friendly competition in the room where we learnt the concept by competing with each other and grapsing the concepts with ease. What do you dislike about ASLAN Training and Development?

The material covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time, and spending more time on certain modules would have been beneficial for deeper, more practical application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ASLAN Training and Development:

Going into the ASLAN training with an open mind is essential, especially if you already have an established way of handling customer conversations. Some of the techniques can feel counterintuitive at first, but that’s by design. The roleplays are where things really start to click, so it’s worth leaning into them. I’d also recommend applying what you learn as soon as you’re back in your day-to-day work; otherwise, it fades quickly. What problems is ASLAN Training and Development solving and how is that benefiting you?

ASLAN training positively opened my mind on how we see things in in this Domain of sales and customer success. It gave me practical ways to take a step back think straight and work toward a solution for the customers. Be it helping them out better utilise the platform by moving the direction of conversation or granting them their ask.
