Ashby is very good at personalized links and tracking, but it can also be a bit finicky about tying information and interviews to a specific stage or interview type. Our recruiters can get confused if someone is moved to the wrong stage, and it’s not always clear how to fix it. I also wish you could assign email types (e.g., an availability request) to email templates so it’s easier to find the right one, instead of having to sort through several templates.
