What do you like best about Ashby?

While I haven't used other ATS systems, I really enjoy using Ashby. It is very user friendly and was easy for me to learn, and is easy for me to teach. It makes my job as an RC a lot easier. I like the UX design itself as well, and that they don't make major UX changes that would require us to relearn things. The ashby technical support folks and CSMs are fantastic! What do you dislike about Ashby?

Sometimes ashby is buggy or slow. Also, there are a few ways that Ashby scheduling processes could make certain parts of scheduling a lot easier with some changes to the UX, and we've submitted feature requests for these updates. Hopefully they come soon. One of these is how Ashby pulls interviews from a search while scheduling, and another is being able to schedule combined debriefs with multiple candidates through ashby, which I currently have to do through google calendar. What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ashby is always helping us solve areas with potential efficiency improvement. Their updates help us schedule more efficiently, freeing up more of our own time and improving candidate experience. While there are many feature requests we've made that they haven't yet gotten to, there are also many updates they've made since we started using the product that help us do our jobs better and more efficiently each day.
