Ashby integrates with several of the systems we use, it is so much more detailed and in-depth with its capabilities as a talent function that it has unlocked much more reporting for us to leverage data with our stakeholders but also internally as a department.

One of the biggest wins for us was how much Ashby was able to automate with contracts and onboarding, removing the need for manual tickets to track onboarding it was all done within one place and pulling information automatically from candidate forms.

I will also say that the implementation and customer success has been second to none, it is such a complex system but we were guided through it by Lauren and Nicola with the utmost confidence, they broke things down in a clear way, guided us where necessary and had such depth of knowledge that it made things clearer whenever we needed clarity. 10/10!

I do think that the UI can be simpler, sometimes it is confusing and that has been flagged by some of our stakeholders who were less engaged in the training sessions, once you get to grips with it as a system it is intuitive to use but on first glance and initial usage it can be a lot!
