What do you like best about Ashby?

Ashby is the best ATS I’ve used, especially for a lean TA team. It’s intuitive and straightforward to use, but still highly configurable, which lets us tailor it to the way we work. The quality you get for the price is hard to beat, and its thoughtful use of AI makes day-to-day recruiting more efficient. Candidate fraud detection and AI-assisted application review stand out. They help us identify potential issues earlier and review applications more efficiently, giving us more time to focus on qualified candidates. An unexpected benefit is how much we can manage in one platform. Overall, Ashby gives a small team the tools to get a lot done without adding unnecessary complexity or overhead. What do you dislike about Ashby?

There’s very little I dislike. I appreciate how quickly Ashby improves the platform. My only minor feedback is that some UI changes roll out without a clear heads-up, so we occasionally have to spend time figuring out what changed. What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ashby helps us catch potential candidate fraud before it consumes valuable recruiting and interview time. Its fraud detection highlights possible warning signs right within the application review flow, so we can spot concerns early, dig in when needed, and still keep the final decision with our team. For a lean TA team, having those signals alongside each application is a real time-saver and makes it easier to prioritize what we review first. Paired with AI-assisted application review, it allows us to focus more on connecting with qualified, legitimate candidates and less on manually chasing down suspicious applications.
