What do you like best about Ashby?

How much it brings everything together in one platform. As a small team of managing recruiting across multiple roles, efficiency is incredibly important to me. Ashby makes it easy to manage pipelines, communicate with candidates, and track recruiting metrics without constantly switching between tools

We love the reporting and analytics capabilities, customizable workflows, and AI/automation features. The platform is thoughtfully designed for recruiters and provides flexibility to build processes that work for our team rather than forcing us into a one-size-fits-all approach. It's helped me spend less time on admin work and more time focused on candidates, hiring managers, and improving our overall hiring experience. What do you dislike about Ashby?

Like any new platform, there's a bit of a learning curve with Ashby -with ashby it's because of how advanced its automation and reporting capabilities are. It takes some time to get familiar with everything, but that's also part of what makes the platform so powerful. One area I'd love to see improved is more automation around creating feedback forms, which I've already shared with the ashby team. They take product feedback so well, and I've already seen several features i've requested shipped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a team of one managing recruiting across multiple roles, Ashby has been a huge help in streamlining our hiring process and reducing manual work. One of the biggest benefits is how automated the reporting is. I can easily track recruiting metrics, monitor pipeline health, and get alerts when something needs attention without having to constantly pull reports or manually check every role. The candidate fraud detection features have also been incredibly valuable, especially as AI-generated applications become more common.

I'm also really impressed with Ashby's MCP. It's opened up a lot of opportunities to build AI-powered recruiting workflows and automate tasks that would otherwise take up a significant amount of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
