What do you like best about Ashby?

- Very wide variety of features including many niche use cases that are often not found in other ATS

- Good UI/UX overall

- Accessible and competitive pricing

- Great onboarding team, excellent migration feature vastly simplifying moving from another ATS

What do you dislike about Ashby?

- Linkedin Integration: the integration is a bit limited and basic. A stronger integration that would include inmail message sync'ing and other features would be a great plus

- UI/UX: overall it's good, but some screen can be slightly overwhelming for users with limited experience with an ATS, especially on the Interview Plan / Scheduling side. This is not necessarily an issue, as I generally prefer a tool that does a lot and offers a lot but may take a bit more time for stakeholders to learn than a tool that is easy to learn but too basic and ends up limiting you.
