What do you like best about Ashby?

From the moment I started using Ashby it was great. The UX/UI is easy to use making it very simple to create reports and dashboard. The system is quick even with data heavy dashboards. And the most useful feature is the AI-Assisted Application Review feature which makes identifying top candidates 10x faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ashby?

Although the user interface is clean, because there are so many features and filters, it can feel a little chaotic. I'd love for Ashby to have a built in LinkedIn feature that automatically searches and recommends LinkedIn profiles for you to directly reach out to, to make headhunting and sourcing just that much faster. What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've used a few ATSs in the past but nothing has making hiring this quick. From the moment applications are in, I've used AI to identify top candidates, the Interview Plan is mapped making emailing candidates for availability and booking interviews even faster.
