We're not the biggest fan of the seat-based model. We’re fortunate to have highly involved hiring teams, often with multiple hiring managers per role, and we also have many team members who help sort through candidate applications. Now, we'll need to restrict permissions for our teams, which we're worried may slow down velocity.
