It really has become the central system to our hiring stack! What I like best is that most of what you'd want your ATS to do Ashby does for you while integrating with other sourcing tools etc quite seamlessly. Some of the downsides for me are how non-intuitive it can sometimes be especially for hiring managers, and how there are many different ways something can be actioned, and as good as that is it is very confusing and clunky to use at the same time. The UI/UX can be much much better in my opinion and comprehensive as the tool is it can be made much simpler keeping the end-user in mind! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
