What do you like best about Ashby?

Ashby's product development cycle is incredibly quick. I've been using Ashby for just over a year now, and most of the features and updates I wanted early on now exist! Ashby is truly raising the bar for what an ATS can be, and I'm excited to see how they further push the envelope and continue to embed AI into core recruiting workflows. What do you dislike about Ashby?

My team and I have experienced some reliability/uptime issues with Ashby, such as with the AI notetaker not joining meetings consistently. There are also some core/basic features missing today that more mature applicant tracking systems have, such as a round robin scheduling queue system and ability to sort e-signature templates. What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ashby solves the issue of needing to use several different recruiting tools that may have asymmetric information. At previous companies, my team would use our ATS, a sourcing tool (Gem), and a separate data visualization tool, all telling different stories. Ashby offers all of this functionality in a single platform (and more to come with onboarding, HCM, etc.), ensuring all parties are seeing the same data and telling the same story throughout the recruiting journey.
