What do you like best about Ashby?

Very intuitive and easy to navigate, even when managing multiple roles and pipelines. Lots of useful automations that save time and reduce manual work. Strong AI features that are genuinely useful in the day-to-day recruitment process - recently, it's the biggest advantage. Highly customizable - I can adapt workflows, scorecards, templates, and processes to my needs. Great visibility into pipelines and hiring data without making reporting overly complicated. What do you dislike about Ashby?

I honestly haven't come across any major disadvantages in my day-to-day use of Ashby. Some of the more advanced features can take a little time to explore and understand fully. With so many customization and automation options, there can be a bit of a learning curve when setting up more complex workflows, but it's not a huge disadvantage. Automation: reduces manual and repetitive work across the recruitment process, saving recruiters time and making workflows more efficient. AI: helps with tasks like interview notes, candidate evaluation, and other time-consuming recruitment activities. Reporting & data: makes hiring data much more accessible and helps me track performance, identify bottlenecks, and make more data-driven decisions. Centralized hiring process: brings candidate data, pipelines, reporting, and workflows into one place, making it easier to manage the entire recruitment process.
