Ashby consistently listens and incorporates customer feedback faster than any SAAS product I've used previously. Features we've requested are not only listened to, but Ashby frequently turns to customers to participate as design partners to fine-tune the features and feedback of the users that are going to be closest to the product. Some features get railroaded by things outside of Ashby's control, such as the Chrome extension functionality with the LinkedIn terms of service updates. However, alternative solutions either get pushed down the roadmap in favor of other features or are not offered as an immediate solution if it isn't something that can be prioritized, which can lead to some whiplash in user experience.
