"Clear Insights for SaaS Cost Optimization"

What do you like best about Asato?

I had a very positive experience working with Asato during a PoC with my company internal IT team.

The UI/UX is clean and intuitive, making it easy to understand and easy to find the waste of SaaS. The integration process was also very simple—in our case, providing the necessary API keys was enough to get started.

From a performance perspective, we were particularly impressed by both the speed of the analysis and the quality of the insights generated from the results. Asato helped us identify a clear path toward reducing SaaS licensing costs, which was very valuable for us.

It is still too early for us to fully evaluate pricing and ROI, as we are currently at the PoC stage, but the potential value is clear.

The support and onboarding experience was excellent. The Asato team was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire process.

Asato is also clearly built with AI at its core, rather than having AI added as a separate feature. This makes the overall experience feel well aligned with how modern IT management should evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asato?

What problems is Asato solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asato is helping us address the challenge of managing and optimizing SaaS licenses across the organization. It provides visibility into usage, identifies potential inefficiencies, and generates actionable insights that would otherwise require significant manual analysis.
