I mostly like the fact that Asana provides vision to everybody on the team. Everybody can see what everyone else is working on, and people know other people's capacity. This visibility and capacity insight helps make Asana valuable to the team because all people, all levels know what's being worked on for different projects. It helps us stay on task and think through things differently than we might if we were just writing things down.

I use Asana to stay on task and ensure we cover all project aspects. It provides team visibility, helping us understand everyone's workload and plan better for future tasks.

  ### 10. Powerful Task Management, Slight Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Petra H. | Director Brand Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like the to-do list feature in Asana because I'm able to write down everything that needs to be done and keep track of whether it's been completed and when. This includes tracking deadlines, which I really find useful. I like how it helps me stay organized and allows me to prioritize tasks effectively. Not only forget, I can see what other colleagues are working on.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I believe that the platform could be a little more intuitive for first-time users. It took me quite some time to figure out how to navigate in the platform, including what kind of tasks need to be described and how to complete the task, etc.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana to manage tasks and track progress, ensuring I don't miss anything important. It boosts my productivity compared to Notepad or other tools.

  ### 11. Intuitive Workflows, Needs Enhanced Automation

I also like the AI features that help solve complex problems.

The rules, I would like AI to make a rule for me simply. I tried for about 15-30 mins and couldn't get it to do what I wanted.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana for organizing tasks, tracking progress, planning with coworkers, and leveraging AI to solve complex problems. I appreciate accessing workflows to learn and improve communication with my team.

  ### 12. Comprehensive Project Management with Cross-Linking Excellence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I love the cross-linking features in Asana. It helps to have things in several spots for going about certain projects. Drilling down on the details and seeing a bird's eye view of everything is helpful. Asana can give users all different ways to organize their work and make rules work best for their work style. Once we got the hang of it, using Asana was a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Seeing comments that have been edited is a challenge for us when using Asana as a documentation tool. If an employee changes something, it's hard to keep them accountable for the information they already sent. Also, the initial setup of Asana was overwhelming and took a while to figure out how we wanted our organizational projects structured. But once we got the hang of it, it was a breeze.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana for keeping track of changing deadlines and communicating about priorities. The cross-linking features help ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and it offers flexible organization to match different work styles.

  ### 13. Streamlined Task Management with Easy Automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like Asana's automations. It's great for me as a project manager because it helps when tasks move between completed or under review status, and also helps in knowing who is working on what. It's great for our marketing agency to move tests efficiently for the team and I appreciate the notifications about due tasks and moving to risk status. This is the main thing I find useful. Additionally, the initial setup of Asana is very simple. It's easy to set up and customize the automations, although it takes a bit of time, but the AI works well and does everything for me.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I find it hard to see how Asana can be improved because there are so many tools that I sometimes don't even use. The integration with Slack could be better, as the notifications seem misconfigured. The way the text looks in Slack for notifications is different now and could use improvement.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana to avoid forgetting tasks, keep documents in one spot for the team, and save time on communication without emails. I like Asana's automations for moving tasks and status updates, notifications of due dates, and it helps manage projects smoothly.

  ### 14. Ideal for small marketing agencies: I pay 2 licences and my team of 7 can use it under my own

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian P. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Asana?**

What I like about Asana is that I can integrate clients or new members into my package with just the necessary functionalities to add their time and progress. I like its new AI functionality, where I paste a series of tasks and Asana's AI converts them into tasks

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Should improve the ease and delivery with which you can create some performance graphs.
Should offer the possibility to transfer the ownership of a project from a non-paying account to a paying one. Where the one who is paying their plan is not harmed when the project cannot be transferred and activate premium functions.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that it allows you to add collaborators outside your organization with no extra cost and have a better workflow management as an Agency. Business performance has not increase the way we want but it has been ok

  ### 15. Highly Customizable, Enhances Task Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lillian W. | Senior Commissions Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like that Asana is very customizable, allowing users to set up as many fields as they want and easily view them as tickets come in. This flexibility is great for tracking status and outcomes effectively. It also provides good visibility on outstanding tasks, which is crucial for managing reps' queries on commissions through the ticket system.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

To set up the workflow properly in Asana, a user needs to have experience or go through trainings and documentations. It seems intuitive but you really need to have some knowledge.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana provides a customizable form for reps to enter information, set up automation workflows, and track status and outcomes, offering visibility on outstanding tasks.

  ### 16. Instant Notifications Keep Me Effortlessly Updated in Asana

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu H. | Email Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

The great thing about the asana is the instant notifications, it gives me an update whenever a task is assigned, updated or any comments are left for me

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I think there could have been more options to personalize the dashboard and universal view for different tasks and projects

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making team communication, operation and task management super easy. Like we have been able to get the work done faster with this solution

  ### 17. Powerful Task Management, but comes with a bit of a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben M. | Founder/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like that Asana is very in-depth, and although there is a bit of a learning curve, once you get past that, it saves a lot of time and energy in managing teams and resources.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

There is a bit of a learning curve because Asana is so in-depth. Some pretty cool features are behind paywalls, and it'd be nice to have some light versions of these items. I'm also not a fan of needing to have two seats for a paid account. The initial setup was pretty confusing, with a lot of back and forth about how I should set it up for my team.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana for managing teams and projects, keeping everything on track, and improving communication. It saves me time and energy in managing resources.

  ### 18. Great Training Resources, Still Learning Asana

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I'm still getting to learn Asana, but it seems they have great training resources. I do like the live trainings as they help me be able to click and follow along so I can learn the systems.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

The only challenge I have is learning the lingo. Which may just be because I'm new to the platform. There is a lot of lingo verbiage to try and comprehend, so I can make sure and know what I'm looking for or what I'm looking at.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm hopeful Asana will resolve tedious, time-consuming task management, keep things clean and clear, and help track visibility to ensure a good workload for our employees.

  ### 19. Excellent Project Organization with Easy Subtasks

**Reviewed by:** Ashley K. | VP of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

Keeping projects organized is great, and I really appreciate being able to create subtasks within a project or under the main task. It makes it much easier to break work down and stay on top of everything.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

So far, I haven’t found anything about the program that I dislike.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping to keep our small but rapidly growing business on track with our goals.

  ### 20. Fast, Straightforward Task Organization with Fantastic Team Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan R. | Video editor + graphic designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like how simple it is to organize tasks. It's fast, simple, and straightforward. And if I want to get specific, I can use more in-depth and detailed features. Team management is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

The interface is gradually becoming more complex, and sometimes there's too much information if you want to keep it simple. There's something about the mobile app that doesn't feel quite right to use.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage my own tasks and those of my team. I can also see how many tasks each team member has, allowing me to constantly monitor individual workloads and overall workflow completion times.

  ### 21. Essential for Project Management with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolina M. | Accounts Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like that Asana gives me visibility of all members and the way I can review things either by project or by team member. I have found that it helps me automate processes and eliminates the need for meetings and email follow-ups, saving me time. Also, the initial setup of Asana was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I would like to be able to assign one task to multiple team members at the same time. Some tasks are collaborative.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana to review tasks, manage workloads, and have visibility of team progress. It automates processes, eliminating meetings and follow-ups, saving time.

  ### 22. Great for Team Collaboration, Needs Better Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steph T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like being able to collaborate with team members and see the status of all projects at the same time using Asana. It captures all the work that I need to do in one place, which makes managing projects more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Calendaring is weak in Asana, along with the inability to have portfolio fields connect with task fields. Not being able to have subtasks show in the calendar field is frustrating because certain tasks are lost when looking in the calendar view. With workflow, being able to input the data once at the portfolio details section should then port into the necessary project task fields if we prefer because it would be beneficial not having to set additional rules on individual projects.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana for project management to capture all my tasks in one place and collaborate with team members, viewing project statuses simultaneously.

  ### 23. Effortless Task Management and Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divyaa A. | Content writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like how effortlessly i can manage my tasks with the help of Asana. I usally work on collaborations with brands as a content creator and it does have deadlines, so i can easily create my to do list based on particular dates, and complete my work easily before the deadline. I love the details it provides, like which tasks are pending, overdue and even send you notifications of pending tasks, so i can keep a track. I can even work with my manager and distribute tasks with each other, the thing is i like how fun it makes task handling work. Love it.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Some of the important features require an upgrade, for example, auto notifying my team members about the pending tasks.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me to be more professional by allowing me to complete my projects on time. I can focus on content creation without worrying about the pending things as it helps me to keep everything in place and everything planned based on the due date.

  ### 24. Intuitive Workflow Automation, Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke T. | Digital Asset Management Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like how intuitive Asana is. It has an amazing amount of functions that work like a very well organized human brain, making it very easy to use, change, and set up. This helps automate workflows for different teams within the company and ensures that no tasks are missed. I also appreciate not having sticky notes everywhere and how brand teams can efficiently track what the e-commerce and creative teams are working on.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

If forms could have more adaptability so that they're not dedicated to categories that would be great. If they could be utilized for multi-projects and not be so rigid with categories.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana automates tasks, eliminating sticky notes, and helps brand teams stay informed. It's intuitive, making it easy to set up and use.

  ### 25. Flexible and User-Friendly Task Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gina D. | Climbing Center Supervisor, Consumer Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like that Asana is flexible. You know, you can treat it like a document, so it's not just for tasks. You can put notes and information about the line items for each project, which makes it really flexible. I use it to schedule tasks with due dates mostly for myself, and it's nice that Asana is something I can check every day. It gives me reminders of the tasks that are due for the day for all of my projects. My husband also uses Asana, and his tips helped me realize how versatile it is. These are the aspects I like the most about it.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I find the board view in Asana a bit clunky when working around tasks with pictures, especially for custom items. It's harder to present things with visuals during meetings to remind everyone what we're discussing. I wish there were a better way to view pictures for each task.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana to replace cumbersome Excel tracking, setting tasks with due dates and getting daily reminders, which helps me keep on top of my projects.

  ### 26. User-Friendly Project and Client Management That Keeps Work Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

It’s very user-friendly and helpful for managing different projects and clients. The pricing feels reasonable, and it handles a wide range of project-related tasks well. Overall, it has made it much easier for me to stay on top of everything and keep my work organized.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

They change the interface too often, which makes it harder to find the things I use regularly. It works fine as it is, so there’s no need to keep iterating on it, especially when the changes don’t really improve the user experience for me.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage my client projects and stay organized. It’s also useful for keeping track of the specific tasks I’m working on.

  ### 27. Effective Client Management but Needs Improvement with Recurring Tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan S. | Communications Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like that Asana allows for subtasks under a task, which makes it easy to organize complex tasks. I also appreciate having the ability to create private tasks for myself, so I can manage personal to-dos alongside my work-related ones.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

When you have a subtask with a date, and then a task with the date and you check off the task before the subtask, if it's recurring, it creates a lot of issues. I've figured out that the main task just should not have a date and the subtasks should if it's recurring.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana solves the problem of identifying who is taking what task and outlines necessary steps to complete it.

  ### 28. Crystal Clear Deadline for Smooth Team Alignment.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Subham G. | Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

Asana makes it easy to assign tasks, track deadlines, and keep projects visible for team alignment. Multiple views such as boards and timelines help teams stay on the same page without requiring constant follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

While it is a great project management tool, the lack of advanced reporting and automation is a drawback for the basic plan. Also, for projects involving a lot of tasks, it can get messy if not organized properly.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana’s AI-generated summaries and task suggestions help in organizing tasks more efficiently. Although it is a good addition for improving productivity, more insights into forecasting would be helpful for planning purposes.

  ### 29. Streamlines Team Collaboration, Needs More Basic Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary Beth D. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like the team access and collaboration features in Asana. It really helps in cutting down on emails and timing on updates. We enter all the projects and subtasks into Asana and we are able to see everything all at once. The initial setup of Asana was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

The pricing is decent but I would like more features for the basic plans. Right now we are limited using some of the functionalities with the basic plan. Portfolio and the goal dashboard could have some limited availability with a basic plan.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana for organization and keeping things on track. It helps with team access and collaboration, reducing emails and update time. We can enter projects and subtasks and see everything at once.

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I love that Asana is user-friendly and allows me to manage both my own workload and my team’s workloads. I appreciate that it has functions to tailor Asana to the needs of our team. The project management abilities and the templates really make it fit for our team, as it helps us automate tasks for large projects through templates. The fact that everything is customizable is great. The templates can be set up on the front end and used again and again, taking the planning step out for a lot of things. It gives us peace of mind because we’ve already thought through the necessary steps.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I wish there was a better way to view each individual’s workload as a manager. I wish I could see the dashboard view for my team member’s days easily.

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I love how easy Asana makes it to organize projects, assign tasks, and keep everyone on the same page. It’s especially helpful for managing multiple clients and deadlines at once, and the reminders and notifications make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Sometimes Asana can feel a bit overwhelming for new team members because there are so many views and options. A few features are slightly hidden in menus, so it can take a minute to figure out where things are. It would also be nice if reporting and time-tracking were more robust without needing extra integrations. Overall, the benefits still far outweigh these small drawbacks.

I love that it is so much more than a to do list. You can add timelines to your tasks which help you manage your workload efficiency

I'm so satisfied with Asana that I would rate my likelihood of recommending it to a friend or colleague a solid 10.

I like the ability to create different calendars with overlapping tasks and shared with others. The ability to share tasks with different people is also helpful. As well as the ability to easily change due dates for different tasks.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Email pushes for random task reminders, the 7 day, 30 day, tasks lists are misleading. The creation of a template to a new subtask.

The interface itself is very user-friendly, which allows us to save time and avoid extensive training for new employees learning the platform. I also appreciate that it integrates directly with different software like our Shopify store and Make.com, allowing us to achieve our goals more efficiently. The initial setup was pretty easy, as we were able to get it set up and working efficiently very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

One thing that could definitely be improved in Asana is the ability to assign multiple people to a task.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana to organize tasks and allocate them across employees, making it easy to achieve goals with its user-friendly interface, saving time without extensive training.

It also helps teams stay aligned with clear task ownership, deadlines, and real-time updates. Overall, it has become an essential tool for improving productivity and coordination.

Although Asana is a powerful platform, the pricing for advanced features can still feel a bit high, especially for smaller teams. It would also be helpful if reporting and analytics features were more flexible and customizable for different workflows.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Asana, I am solving the problem of managing the tasks that are assigned to various team members both within the team and between the teams. With the use of Asana, the productivity of the company has increased a lot.

  ### 39. Easy to Use, Intuitive Setup, and Strong Goal-Setting Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica P. | Deputy Head of Operations and Finance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

Ease of use, an intuitive setup, and the goal-setting features stand out. We’re still exploring everything it offers, but I’m looking forward to setting up goals and workflows so we can better analyse our strategy and overall impact.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Even with an NFP discount, the price still feels quite steep compared with other management tools.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Asana, as a fully remote workforce, we struggled to see what other teams were working on and to make informed decisions about whether to take on additional project opportunities. With Asana, we can now manage our time and resources more effectively, which has improved overall team performance. It has also made onboarding smoother, and the Outlook integrations have been helpful.

  ### 40. Streamlined Task Management, Effective Team Coordination

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaya P. | Business Operations Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

All project updates are tracked in one place, which reduces follow-ups and confusion. These elements remove confusion about responsibility and deadlines, meaning everyone knows what they are accountable for, which reduces delays and repeated follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Asana can feel complex for new users. The onboarding can take time for teams unfamiliar with project management tools. Managing a large number of tasks can get overwhelming without a strict structure. Notifications can sometimes be excessive, making it harder to focus.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana to manage tasks, track project progress, and coordinate work across teams. It solves task mismanagement and lack of visibility across teams, helping avoid missed deadlines by clearly assigning owners and timelines. Project updates are all in one place, reducing follow-ups and confusion.

AI Studio is a cool new feature for creating automation via chat, duplicate portfolios, enhanced goal notification controls, and scheduled triggers for automated recurring tasks.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana helps my team set and track our goals, OKRs, and KRs. It works well for big projects and a big team, so it keeps us on track and allows us to keep each person accountable for what we are responsible for.

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like Asana for team management in my agency as it helps automate things like onboarding, provides clear visibility on deadlines, ongoing task management, and progress through projects. I appreciate its ease of use and user interface. I've tried many other platforms like Teamwork, Trello, Monday, ClickUp, and Notion, but none of them feel as easy to use or have as nice a UI as Asana. It's just clean, clear, and decluttered, which is important to me as a designer. Setting up Asana was very easy, and using the AI made it even simpler.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I just wish time tracking could be included in lower plans, but totally understand they need to run a business. But I would LOVE time tracking!!

  ### 47. Easy Integration, But Task Assignment Limits

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek P. | Senior Analytics Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I appreciate how Asana's API is more user-friendly with higher rate limits, which significantly enhances my workflow by allowing the uploading of larger batches of data efficiently. The ease of data replication through Asana due to the integration with my replication vendor is a major advantage. I find the initial setup of Asana to be very easy, which helped me transition to using the software with minimal effort and inconvenience. The ability to use Asana in tandem with other tools like Stitchdata and Airflow for data replication and orchestration seamlessly fits into my work processes, making the entire experience smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I dislike that Asana does not allow assigning multiple people to tasks, which is a limitation in cases where collaboration from team members across different departments is necessary.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Asana's API user-friendly with higher rate limits, which improves data upload efficiency and resolves our previous API issues. Integration with our replication vendor enhances replication processes, although multiple people assignment to tasks could be improved.

  ### 50. Powerful Project Management with Minor Expense Drawback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ateret G. | Process Documentation Lead/Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I love the workflows in Asana that are easy to set up. Multinesting is essential for managing tasks effectively. The custom fields are great, and we've found a lot of creative ways to use them, especially with workflows. Workflows automate a lot of handoffs that would otherwise be arduous or inconsistent, like ensuring tasks marked as urgent get immediate attention.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

It's kinda expensive per seat. It has been an iterative setup process. Without someone who is pretty process-oriented playing system admin it got really messy.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana for project management. The workflows automate handoffs, ensuring urgent tasks get immediate attention. I love the easy setup of workflows, multi-nesting, and custom fields, which offer creative ways to manage work.
