What do you like best about Asana?

The best part of Asana is how well it balances a clean, user-friendly UX with strong performance. Its automated workflows take care of repetitive task assignments with minimal effort, and the timeline views make it easy to track dependencies at a glance. What do you dislike about Asana?

My biggest pain point is the overwhelming default notification settings. If you don’t take the time to customize your inbox and email alerts early on, the sheer volume of updates can make it easy to miss crucial messages. What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Asana, we struggled with siloed communication and had a hard time tracking tasks across endless email threads and spreadsheets. Now we can centralize project tracking in one place and automate task handoffs between departments. As a result, we’ve seen a major reduction in administrative work, saving our team an estimated 5 hours per week that used to go to status meetings and email updates.
