What do you like best about Asana?
I like Asana for its simplicity and ease of use, which makes it really straightforward to customize workflows to suit our needs. The integration with tools like Teams Calendar helps by providing timely reminders to keep everyone in sync. Also, the AI feature is a big plus for enhancing project creation and setting up rules. The platform's ability to give comprehensive project updates is valuable to keep the team aligned and informed. Another thing I love about Asana is its capability to create dashboards automatically, which is incredibly useful for presentations and tracking goals. It's very easy to set up due to its SaaS nature, and I'd rate its setup process a 10 out of 10. Overall, Asana has replaced our Excel sheets for project tracking, offering automation that wasn't available before, like adding tasks directly from Outlook, and the ability to track projects' alignment with our overall goals. I feel the time tracking feature, especially on tasks, could be improved. I'd like something that works like a Pomodoro app or feature, so it would be great to see how long tasks take and if they're billable or non-billable. Having this in a single pane of glass instead of shifting from app to app would be a big improvement. Also, while integrating with Toggle, sometimes the import doesn't work well because the projects tend to be a bit disparate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
