What do you like best about Asana?

Jumping into a project I wasn't closely following used to mean scrolling through weeks of task comments just to figure out what was actually blocking something, or worse, pinging the project lead and waiting for a reply. Smart Chat lets me just ask in plain language, something like "what's blocking the launch task," and it pulls the actual answer from real task data instead of me digging manually. Smart Status has also cut a real chunk of time off writing weekly updates, it drafts something from live project data and flags things like unanswered questions I might've missed, I just edit instead of writing from a blank box every Friday. What do you dislike about Asana?

The good AI features are locked behind the Advanced plan, and even then, heavier use of AI Studio for building custom workflows burns through credits that cost extra on top of the subscription, so budgeting for it isn't as simple as just paying for seats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not needing to scroll through weeks of comments or interrupt someone just to understand project status has saved real time, especially jumping into unfamiliar projects. Status drafting from actual data instead of memory has made Friday updates less of a chore too. The pricing structure is the real catch, worthwhile AI features sit behind a higher tier plus extra credits for heavier automation, so it's not exactly cheap once you're actually using it seriously.
