I appreciate Arvia's plugin-free WebRTC architecture, allowing me to initiate high-definition video calls and screen-sharing sessions directly in the browser without requiring customers to download anything. This greatly minimizes user friction. The implementation is highly efficient, with lightweight widget code and flexible API options that make embedding into existing customer portals quick and easy while keeping the codebase clean. I also enjoy the seamless transition it provides, preventing user drop-offs and maximizing conversion rates by keeping the entire video interaction embedded within our web portal. One area that could be improved is the advanced participant moderation features during larger video sessions. Because it is highly optimized for fast, browser-based interactions, it occasionally lacks granular host controls, such as a virtual waiting room, bulk muting, or advanced role assignments, when scaling to larger groups. Additionally, because the platform relies heavily on native WebRTC, users on older mobile browsers or highly restrictive corporate firewalls can occasionally experience minor latency or connection hiccups.
