What do you like best about Artlist?

What I like best is that the license actually covers everything I need without me having to think about it. I work on client videos that end up on YouTube, Instagram and sometimes in paid ads, and with Artlist I've never had a copyright claim or had to go back and re-clear a track. What do you dislike about Artlist?

The search could be smarter. Filtering by mood and genre works fine, but when I have a specific feel in mind I often end up clicking through twenty tracks before finding something close. The price also jumped compared to when I first signed up, and if you only need music, you still pay for the footage side you may never touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Artlist solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the licensing headache first. Before Artlist I was clearing tracks one by one and keeping a spreadsheet of what could go in an ad and what couldn't. Now I download and use it, and that anxiety is gone.

Day to day it also saves time. The interface is clean enough that I can browse and preview without a tutorial, the plugin for Premiere lets me drop a track straight onto the timeline instead of exporting and reimporting, and downloads are fast even on the bigger WAV files. The AI suggestions that surface similar tracks are decent for finding an alternative when the client rejects my first pick. Onboarding took me about ten minutes and I've only needed support once, for a billing question that got answered the next day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
