I really appreciate that Arrange automates scheduling between clients and candidates, which helps cut out the back and forth. I don't have to spend time getting availability or rescheduling since I can just send a candidate scheduling link, and the client can easily book if they are interested. All the scheduling is automated, which saves me a lot of hassle. The product is super customizable. I use the candidate scheduling links a lot, but you can also manually schedule interviews and decide who goes first, client or candidate.
