I find Arphie incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making my first project experience smooth. The ability to handle bid management projects by importing documents, using the library and knowledge base to auto-generate answers, and exporting them is invaluable. It saves us time and helps in creating accurate documents collaboratively. I appreciate the searchable knowledge base, which offers ease when answering general questions or filling out questionnaires. The abundance of features available isn't overwhelming and provides many methods for team collaboration. I also value the dashboard for tracking project progress, the ease of searching the library outside projects, and the customizable aspects of Arphie. The AI integration is a standout, offering improved functionality over our previous tool, Loopio, and lets us search a library outside of projects, which is a significant improvement. As a new user to Arphie, I haven't encountered many issues so far. There was a slight hiccup with a persistent pop-up when I was selecting reviewers. I'm not sure if it was a mistake on my end or just unfamiliarity with the process. Aside from that, it seems pretty smooth.
