I use Arkchat to manage customer chats and respond to messages. It helps me reply fast and stay organized instead of juggling multiple chat platforms. I love the fact that it is easy to use and doesn't feel overwhelming. I can jump in and start replying without stress. The initial setup was very straightforward and easy. Some features are limited and more customization options could have made it better. Some customization that would really help includes being able to adjust the chat layout, set a custom workflow for different types of conversations, and personalize automated replies.
