ArkCase has lots of features and functionality out-of-the-box covering all of the tools needed for processing FOIA requests. The framework and layout are straight forward, descriptive, and easy to use. The implementation of the product was seamless. The simplicity of the user interface and the organization of tools replicating the process steps and workflow made training and user adoption easier. The application is very customizable, and the development team is very helpful in understanding and responding to new development needs.
