What do you like best about Aria?

The end to end connection and flow between customer requirements and billing, with delivery discipline in the middle. No other tool does this and usually that means juggling between multiple tools at once. The outcome is of course errors, lost context and most likely an unhappy customer and a burnt out delivery team, cracking their heads to find out when and why customer requirements changed and how cost has drifted so far from the baseline. What do you dislike about Aria?

It’s early days and the tool keeps getting more capabilities enabled every week!. This means for now, having to constantly review ways of working with the tool to gain mastery. Once the dust settles, I have no doubt in my mind that this tool will be a category leader. What problems is Aria solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Aria I have a seamless end to end view of customer requirements, to delivery progress, time tracking milestones, reporting, approvals and billing. The team have created a one stop hub for agencies and customer facing teams to be able to manage all facets of work as well as the paperwork around it. Honestly this should have existed decades ago.
