What do you like best about Ari?

Ari just lives in Slack and Gmail where I'm already working, so there was nothing new to learn. It plugs into everything we use (Google Calendar, Zoom, HubSpot, etc.) and I haven't found a connector it couldn't handle. The speed is actually ridiculous. When I ping Ari, she responds nearly instantaneously. As a founder, it's really difficult for me to keep up with everything that is going on. Ari sends me messages every day with things that weren't even on my radar...that should be on my radar. It's shockingly intelligent. The Ari team is extremely responsive and is one of the highest velocity product development teams that we've seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ari?

There are so many new features being built that we keep discovering capabilities we didn't know we had. Good problem to have! It would be great to get a regular digest directly from Ari about this with some targeted ways we could leverage the new features in our org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ari is a core component of our initiative to be an "agent-pilled" startup. We want every team member to fully embrace agents in their day-to-day work, everything from simple use cases like prepping for meetings to complex ones like helping prioritize the entire company's quarterly initiatives based on last quarter's learnings.
