There are certain features that other eQMS systems tend to have such as OCR (the ability to search keywords within procedures), being able to assign procedures individually without assigning to the entire people of a TRP, the inability to add customize out-of-the box attributes or features. For example, it would be ideal if a person is late in completing training, to have a wizard show up and to have them justify why they are late.
