What do you like best about Arena PLM & QMS?

I use Arena PLM to manage my files. In my experience, revision tracking is the best thing about Arena. I also find the process for including the relevant information needed to release files clear, and the way the process is tracked is easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arena PLM & QMS?

In my experience, I haven’t come across any real dislikes. My only suggestion is that when revising a document, for example from Rev A to Rev B, the attached file name still remains as Rev A in the file name field. It then has to be edited manually, as it doesn’t update automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arena PLM & QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

One real problem for me has been tracking revisions of source files, which was taking too much time as part of our regular process. We improved this by adding them to Arena and using it to track both the latest source files and the output files. Since revision tracking is one of the most time-consuming parts of our work, this change has been a great benefit to our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
