The lead capture feature is amazing. It syncs data from the emails and web forms thus eliminating the instances when I have to type the contacts’ details manually. This helps me store all my leads and makes all the leads available for follow-ups easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting appears to be restricted and unpolished at times. To be able to create specific sales reports, there are several clicks involved and the interface of the graphs could use a cleaner design than offered by other CRM systems.
