What do you like best about Arcserve UDP?

I really do not like this solution, as all i had with it was problems. Sure it does have a clean interface and when it works it works, but thats not enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcserve UDP?

It needs my constant attention. I am the owner and IT guy in one person and i need a solution that works everyday. After some windows updates backups start failing and after hours of research why all i find is: Make a new job. And it works.And thats beyon annoying, as every few weeks it needs interaction where it just should work without supervision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arcserve UDP solving and how is that benefiting you?
