What do you like best about ARCS 2G?

I love to use this to keep track of all of our open invoices, to be sure we are on top of our appeals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ARCS 2G?

I wish it was a little easier to create and store reports. Finding all of the filters, in the different categories, takes a lot of time to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ARCS 2G solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to run reports to find any matter that should have been billed, but attorneys haven't returned pre bills. We have been able to find matters that are in danger of violating guidelines because of the age of their balances. We can tailor make our reports to fit all of our departments.
