What problems is ARchitect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use ARchitect to manage future and past interactions, which keeps us on track and makes reporting easy. We also use it to develop and manage our analyst lists, which helps us ensure we are working with the right influencers. Their email tool is also helpful and provides a way to create, manage and measure email programs. We also subscribe to the ARInsights Service Plus program, which augments our staff for back office ARchichect management and reporting needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
