"Archibus Simplifies Workflow Configuration and Consolidates Systems"

What do you like best about Archibus?

The minimum viable product we decided to release is very simple and the application allows us to vary the workflows and configure simply. There are exciting future modular improvements that are on our strategic roadmap, which will bring more users into our system. Additionally, Archibus has allowed us to rationalise a number of systems, providing the institution with a one-stop-shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archibus?

The disconnect between the onsite mobile application and the desktop application. The rigidity of this has slowed uptake and broader release, noting we need to ensure that what we need, can be completed on both platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Archibus solving and how is that benefiting you?

As earlier noted, we previously had number of systems doing what Archibus is now doing in a single platform, which is helping to build a common single dataset, which is the primary driver for the introduction and expansion of the Archibus application, noting previously this was limited to being a space management system.
