What do you like best about ArcGIS Network Analyst?

What do you dislike about ArcGIS Network Analyst?

Not able to find certain roads that are not connected. Or wish there were ways to find or flag roads that are not snapped or connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ArcGIS Network Analyst solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ensuring that address points are being plotted out correctly to ensure that first responders are able to arrive to an address in a timely matter. Benefits realized were being able to see what police station or fire house are being assigned what community and being able to change boundaries based on this data.
