What do you like best about ArcGIS Network Analyst?

What I like best about ArcGIS Network Analyst is its ability to perform advanced routing and network-based analysis with high accuracy and efficiency. What do you dislike about ArcGIS Network Analyst?

One limitation of ArcGIS Network Analyst is that advanced analysis can become complex for beginners, especially when configuring network datasets and travel parameters.
