What do you like best about ArcGIS Navigator?

Extremely powerful software with a tool for just about everything you could think of to do with geographical data. Smart maps, objects given geographical location and attributes of any kind that you want running in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ArcGIS Navigator?

ELA Agreement is extremely reasonable but for private individuals it could be very costly. I believe they are working towards a license option for private individuals but have to wait and check for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ArcGIS Navigator:

ArcGIS Navigator is an application that can handle all kinds of GIS Data. There are also lots of forums, posts and additional resources to help you along the way so you will not get lost. When exporting or handling data the software prefers to keep things proprietary. This means being forced to their organizational systems if you want to share and examine data efficiently. This also means you are at the mercy of the company and trust in their ability to roll out updates in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ArcGIS Navigator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our field crews as a medical tourism company cannot function without it. Our utility assets with all of their attributes are on our digital maps. On it we document attributes, conditions over time, maintenance schedules and even hyperlink photos and video inspections to each asset.
