What do you like best about ARC Facilities?

ARC facilities filled a major gap in our ability to find the correct isolation valve in a timely manner. We now use it for all utility shut-offs and are finding more and more cases uses as time goes on. The personnel at ARC are highly competent and made the set-up (loading thousands of drawings) almost a non-event for us. Our technicians have integrated this into their routine and are leading the charge to use it more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ARC Facilities?

We really do not see a downside to using ARC Facilities. The ongoing support is the best I've seen in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ARC Facilities solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to know where the utility isolations valves in millions of square feet built over the last 100 years. ARC Facilities pulled all the generations of drawings together, located all the valves and made them easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
