Arbox customer service goes above and beyond its competitors. Our contact is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough... and he helps us coordinate feature requests in a timely manner. I also really love the custom app and the simplicity of the entire system design. It's incredibly user-friendly; minimal training is required for staff.
