"ArborXR Makes VR Headset Management and App Updates Effortless"

What do you like best about ArborXR?

ArborXR makes it really easy for our clients to manage their VR headsets. At Warp VR we build a VR training platform, and for us ArborXR is a big win too: we can push updates of the Warp VR app through ArborXR directly to most of our clients’ devices, without depending on their IT teams to install anything by hand. That keeps our clients on the latest version of our app, which matters a lot to us. It also means fewer support questions about outdated builds, and new features reach end users right away. What do you dislike about ArborXR?

Honestly there’s not much to dislike. The main limitation for us is that not all of our clients use ArborXR yet, so for some of them we still have to handle Warp VR app updates manually. It would be great if adoption were even broader, so we could use one update process for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ArborXR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before ArborXR, getting a new version of the Warp VR app onto our clients’ headsets was slow and depended on each client: someone had to install updates manually, device by device, and that often didn’t happen. As a result, clients ran outdated versions and missed new features or fixes. Now we push updates through ArborXR and they reach most of our clients’ devices automatically. Our clients stay on the latest version, we spend less time on update-related support, and we can roll out new features with confidence that they’ll actually be used.
