What do you like best about Apto?

It's fast and easy to input information into the database and it's also customizable. I like the ability to be able to see all the important information at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apto?

Having to wait maybe 24 hours before you can get a question answered. It would be nice to have a "chat" section, because having to wait 24 hours before getting an answer to a question really slows down the process of getting things done because of the wait time. What problems is Apto solving and how is that benefiting you?

1.Being able to connect the properties with the owners and the companies. 2.Being able to group entities so you can send out blast emails. 3.Being able to run reports that show us the information/patterns, etc. of what we are looking for in our database. 4. Being able to target specific things in reports. 5.Being able to customize reports so we get the just the information that we need. 6.I like that the reports are updated as the database is updated.
