What do you like best about Aptean Process Manufacturing OEE?

Easy to understand live information of production and quality metrics for an up to date at a glance status of our process. System is quick and integrates well with outside analytical tools such as Microsoft Power Bi to provide long term KPI metrics for improvement opportunities. Support team is quick to respond and follows up on all requests to locate the root cause and provide a proper solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aptean Process Manufacturing OEE?

Built in KPI and other reports are difficult to navigate and often have confusing language or hard to read graphs that don't always provide easy access to overall data. This is however circumvented using other analytical tools such as Power Bi to congregate and digest data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aptean Process Manufacturing OEE solving and how is that benefiting you?

The largest impact Aptean provides for us is product quality monitoring. Having live, scheduled, and interactive quality check sheets available for our technicians on the floor helps organize, track, respond, and maintain our quality program reducing waste, product holds, and other issues that impact the profitability of the company.
