Product costing is mostly strong and easily facilitated by frontline production users through a well-designed Shop Floor Production app. Business Central base is good to have and makes finding answers to questions easy. There are some gaps in the system. Labeling presents a lot of issues that Aptean support has not been able to solve. Box scanning with catch weight does not work well, so we do not use it. The backend math on catch weight when shipping can be wrong, requiring manual overwriting. Trade Management is not flexible enough, being based entirely on items, so we have to supplement with complex spreadsheets. Shop floor user count doesn't impact product costing like it should. Shop floor failures do not impact product costing like they should.
