For work order management, Aptean EAM has brought about a revolution in the way we work. Technicians are able to view work orders and updates in the field via the mobile application and thus enhancing the flow of information and timely follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Aptean EAM?
The reporting feature of Aptean EAM is lacking. The absence of pre-developed dashboards and customised reports restricts my capability to gain more in-depth analysis of the maintenance pattern and improvenment in cost efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
