"Versatile, Fast Tool with Simple UI and Excellent Support"

What do you like best about apsona?

It’s a very versatile tool, and its response time is fast. I’ve found it extremely useful in a variety of ways: merging data into a Word doc or PDF and emailing it to customers; integrating with Salesforce by creating buttons on Salesforce pages/screens that run such merges; handling data cleanup; generating transcripts for students and alumni; and building reports that Salesforce proper either can’t create or that are simply more complicated to set up and create directly in Salesforce. User interface is simple and "old school", not cluttered with a lot of unneeded images. When needed, support response times are short and answers are accurate (the first time). What do you dislike about apsona?

There isn’t much to dislike overall, although at times it isn’t as intuitive to use as I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is apsona solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some of the problems we’ve solved include keeping people informed about their license status and when they need to renew. We’ve eliminated nearly all human effort involved in creating transcripts, education progress reports, and identification cards. For example, merged document generation has allowed us to produce personalized communications at scale — whether notifying minister of an upcoming renewal deadline or generating ordination certificates — without requiring custom development or third-party tools. Apsona's advanced filtering and multi-object reporting has given us a single view across our 400+ communities, 4,000+ clergy, and thousands of donors. With a lean IT operation supporting a global virtual organization, Apsona's bulk editing, mass update, and deduplication tools have been essential to maintaining clean, trustworthy data across our entire member and community database.
