What do you like best about APSentra?

What stands out most about APSentra is the way it adds structure to procurement without making the process feel rigid or overly complicated. Before we implemented it, we were relying on emails, spreadsheets, and manual approvals, which made it hard to track requests and see exactly where things were getting stuck. With APSentra, everything is centralized- requisitions, approvals, vendors, and budget tracking - so the overall workflow is far more transparent and easier to follow. I also really value how flexible the approval workflows are. What do you dislike about APSentra?

APSentra handles the core procurement workflows well, but some more advanced reporting scenarios still end up requiring manual configuration. I’d find it helpful to have additional pre-built dashboards tailored for finance and procurement teams, so reporting is easier to set up and use out of the box. What problems is APSentra solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before APSentra, we had limited visibility into company-wide spend. Requests came in through different channels and formats, which made it hard to consolidate the information and get a clear picture. APSentra has centralized our procurement activities, so we can track budgets and monitor requests in one place.
