I like that APSentra provides us with a single place to manage the entire procurement cycle. Previously, requests were in emails and spreadsheets, and no one knew what stage they were at. Now every request, approval, and supplier is placed in one system with the ability to see the status in real-time. The approval process easily adapted to our organizational structure, allowing us to add control without complicating the process.
