"Well rounded process mining and simulation tool with GenAI assistant that works"

What do you like best about Apromore?

I like Apromore's ability to integrate process mining with simulation and even BPMN diagram drawing. KPI functionality is useful for presenting the results to executives. The tool is intuitive (especially filters). Ability to switch perspectives and display time/occurances/cost on activity nodes is amazing. The way Apromore displays activity nodes is best across all mining tools. Hidden feature that not many people use is exploring a slice of process directly from the dashboard charts.

We were up and running with Apromore in 2 weeks. Maybe my experience with support diffrers from others - I typically solve most questions myself and only report suggestions for improvement or bugs. The company followed through on all of my customer support requests and provided deep and detailed answers.

What do you dislike about Apromore?

No real dislikes. The tool is forward thinking with a top quality product team. Maybe the predictor experience could be improved a bit, but that's a minor-minor comment.

I wish the platform was multi-cloud and available not only on AWS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apromore solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the tool primarily to create digital twins and work through scenarios to arrive at optimization decisions. A lot of hospital and healthcare use cases, such as analyzing how doctors and nurses use electronic health records.
