What I like best about Aprimo is how it brings order to our marketing content. All our digital assets live in one secure place, so I can quickly find, manage, and share materials across teams. The workflow automation is a big plus, since it streamlines approvals and helps us keep our branding consistent. I also love the AI features: smart tagging and cropping save me a lot of time, and the search is so smart I can find an image just by typing what's in it. The visibility into marketing budgets and spending is helpful too. It took me some time to learn at first, but once I got used to it, it made my work much easier. What I dislike about Aprimo is the steep learning curve. When I first started, the interface felt dense and a bit overwhelming, and the setup and integrations took more time and effort than I expected. With so many features, it can be hard for new users to know where to begin. I've also noticed it can slow down when handling larger projects, which interrupts my workflow. It's on the expensive side, especially for smaller teams, and customer support can be slow to respond at times. Overall it's a powerful tool, but it would be even better with a simpler onboarding experience and faster performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
