What do you like best about Aprimo?

What I like best about Aprimo is that it keeps all the content and digital assets organized in one place. It makes it easier to manage workflows and collaborate with the team without too much confusion. Some features take time to understand but overall it's pretty useful and saves a lot of time. What do you dislike about Aprimo?

Sometimes Aprimo feels a bit complicated to use, especially when navigating through different features. The interface could be more simple and some tasks take more clicks than expected. It takes time to get used to everything, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aprimo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aprimo helps us manage digital assets and content in one place instead of searching through different folders and tools. Earlier it was a bit difficult to keep everything organized and track the workflow, but now it's easier to find files, share content with the team and manage approvals.
