What do you like best about Aprimo?

The thing I like most about Aprimo is the organization it brings to content management. Having assets, versions, approvals, and related information available in one place makes day-to-day work much easier. What do you dislike about Aprimo?

The main thing I find challenging about Aprimo is that it can take some time to get familiar with all the features and workflows. The platform has a lot of functionality, which can make it feel a little overwhelming for new users. Some processes also require multiple steps, and finding the right option or setting is not always immediately intuitive.
